Terms of Service (draft)

Last updated: 2026-07-14 · Applies to the hosted WireTap service. The open-source client SDK is governed by its MIT license, not these terms.

1. The service

WireTap provides observability for Solana programs: ingestion of publicly available on-chain data and SDK-submitted client telemetry, analysis of that data, and delivery of results through the web app, Telegram, and MCP interfaces.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep keys secret; rotate them if you suspect exposure.

3. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, exceed documented rate limits deliberately, resell raw data feeds, or submit telemetry for programs you have no authority to monitor.

4. Billing

WireTap is sold as flat per-program subscription plans (monthly or annual) as published on the pricing page. New accounts include a 14-day trial. A free, rate-limited public lookup is available without an account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Data

On-chain data is public. SDK telemetry you send us is yours; we process it to provide the service and delete it per the retention policy on your plan. Aggregated, bot-adjusted program statistics may appear on the public leaderboard; opt-out is available for programs you control.

6. Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. WireTap is not liable for losses arising from reliance on classifications, scores, or alerts — they are statistical estimates, not guarantees. Liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts violating these terms with notice where practicable.

8. Changes

We will announce material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect.
